I. PAYMENT
We accept payments by PayPal.
II. SHIPPING
1. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the item.
2. All orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on following Monday.  If Monday is a national holiday, the orders will be shipped on Tuesday. Local pick up is available – San Jose, CA. You can pay cash or credit card at our office. We’ll notify you the order status and shipping info, the time shipped, the tracking number and the tracking website once it’s been shipped. If you don’t receive the email from us (thru eBay), please check your spam folder. Please contact your local post office for missing or damaged package.
III. RETURN/EXCHANGE
If the item is defective, please notify us within 14 days after the receipt of the item. Please contact us through ebay
message before returning any items.

1. 5% Restocking fee for unopened items.
2. All opened item are subject to 15% restocking fee.

4. Return items should include the original packaging and accessories.

6. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs under any circumstances.
