    You will receive a total of 68 1/2 cut Hawaii "Fleet" license plates. . Some of the plates are in mint condition, some are rustic and fading.  These plates were cut in half by the State of Hawaii. 1 plate cut in half equals 2 1/2 plates.
    . These plates are used and are retired from Hawaii.  Some plates are like new, some plates are dull and have scratches.
